Surveys carried out within a 10-mile radius of our workshop are free of charge. For locations further away, a fee may apply, which is deducted from the project total if you go ahead. If the project doesn’t proceed, the fee is non-refundable.

Files supplied as PNG or created in programs like Word or PowerPoint are often not suitable for high-quality print production and may need to be redrawn. If this is required, we will always confirm any additional costs with you first.
Yes, all artwork is supplied for approval before production begins. Nothing is manufactured until you’ve signed off the final design.
