Custom Stickers Made To Your Design

Custom die cut stickers are a simple and effective way to promote your brand, personalise products or add a professional finishing touch to your packaging.

Unlike standard shaped stickers, die cut stickers are cut around the exact outline of your design, allowing you to create a completely bespoke shape that matches your logo, artwork or branding.

Each sticker is printed in high-quality colour onto durable vinyl and can be finished with a matt laminate to help protect against handling, weather and everyday use.

Whether you need branded stickers for your products, packaging, marketing campaigns or events, our custom die cut stickers provide a versatile solution for businesses, creators and organisations.

Made From High-Quality Materials

Our die cut stickers are produced using durable waterproof vinyl, making them suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.

The optional protective laminate helps improve resistance against scratches, moisture and general wear, ensuring your stickers maintain their appearance for longer.

Supplied as individual stickers, they are ideal for:

» Including inside product packaging
» Handing out at events
» Adding to merchandise
» Promoting your business
» Creating branded giveaways

For stickers supplied on a backing sheet for easier application, see our Kiss Cut Stickers.

Can you print any shape?

Yes, die cut stickers can be cut to almost any shape, although very complex designs with small details may need simplifying.

What is the difference between die cut and kiss cut stickers?

Die cut stickers are cut through both the sticker and backing material into the final shape. Kiss cut stickers are supplied on a backing sheet, making them easier to peel and apply.

Artwork Guidelines

Artwork Guidelines

To ensure your die cut stickers are produced accurately and to the highest standard, please follow these guidelines before submitting your design files. Supplying artwork correctly helps avoid production delays and ensures your stickers are cut exactly as intended.

Accepted File Formats

We recommend supplying your artwork in one of the following formats:

» PDF (vector artwork preferred)
» SVG
» PNG

If supplying raster artwork (such as a high-resolution PNG), a separate vector cut path must also be provided.

Artwork Size

Your artwork should be supplied at the size you want your finished sticker to be, including the required amount of bleed.

Bleed & Safe Areas

To help prevent unwanted white edges when cutting, please:

» Include at least 3mm bleed on all sides of your design
» Keep important text and graphics at least 3mm inside the final cut line
» Ensure background colours or images extend fully into the bleed area

Cut Path Requirements

Die cut stickers require a separate vector cut path so the sticker can be cut accurately to the finished shape. We highly recommend using a vector-based graphics software such as Adobe Illustrator to do this.

» Create a vector cut line following the exact shape of the sticker
» The cut line must be a single, closed path with no overlaps
» Place the cut line on a separate layer above the artwork

Please do not include multiple cut paths unless required for the design.

Colour Setup

» Supply artwork in CMYK colour mode
» RGB files may result in colour shifts during printing

If colour accuracy is critical, we recommend discussing this with us before artwork sign-off.

Fonts & Text

» Convert all fonts to outlines
» Avoid very small text, especially near edges or cut lines
» Minimum recommended font size is 6pt, depending on font style

Please make sure to convert all text to outlines so your fonts print exactly as intended.

Image Resolution (Raster Files)

» Raster images should be at least 300dpi at final size
» Low-resolution images may appear blurry or pixelated when printed

Fine Details & Complex Shapes

» Avoid extremely thin lines or intricate cut shapes
» Small internal cut-outs may not be suitable for die-cutting
» Where possible, simplify shapes to improve durability and finish

If you’re unsure whether your design is suitable, please get in touch and we will be able to advise you.

Final Checks Before Submission

Before sending your artwork, please ensure:

» Artwork dimensions are correct
» A minimum of 3mm bleed is included
» Cut line is clearly labelled and visible
» Fonts are outlined
